Mrs. Julie Trelstad, Founder & Publisher, Plain White Press, resides in White Plains with her husband Graham, and twin daughters, Eleanor & Elizabeth. She serves as newsletter editor for the White Plains Beautification Foundation. (Term ends 2009)

Mr. Tim James is an attorney at Cohen Hennessey Bienstock & Rabin P.C., a Manhattan law firm specializing in matrimonial and family law. He is a Vice Chair of the Westchester County Democratic Party. (Term ends 2008)
Ms. Denise J. D'Ambrosio is a parent of children in the City of White Plains Public Schools and Principal Attorney for Finance & Risk Management at the New York Power Authority. (Term ends 2010)
Mrs. Hope Furth, immediate past president, is a parent, grandparent, retired mathematics teacher and dedicated Library user. (Term ends 2009)
Mrs. Jeane Garment is a retired book editor, avid reader and library user. She is active in the League of Women Voters and Meals-on-Wheels of White Plains. (Term ends 2008)
Mrs. Denise O. Matthews-Serra is a parent of two daughters who attend both the high school and elementary school in the City of White Plains. She has been a member of the community for over 20 years, and is Treasurer of the Gedney Neighborhood Association. (Term ends 2010)
Ms. P. Lynn Oliva, immediate past president, is a Project Manager and Planner with the US Army Corps of Engineers, a former Westchester County Planning Commissioner, a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, and a board member and officer of Federated Conservationists of Westchester. (Term ends 2010)
Mr. Paul Schwarz, a retired teacher of English and Public Speaking in Scarsdale, is President of the Board of Meals-on-Wheels, and is active in community affairs. (Term ends 2009)
Mr. Timothy P. Connors is Superintendent of Schools for the City of White Plains, and is on the Board ex-officio.
