Color proclamation issued by Franklin D. Roosevelt designating the period from September 17, 1937, to April 30, 1939, as one of commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the signing and ratification of the Constitution. Origin unknown. There are portraits of Presidents around the border of the proclamation.

<WPPL Library Charter 1899>
Original Library Charter, signed by Melvil Dewey. Encapsulated in mylar (date of paper preservation efforts was August 1999). Also 1 copy photograph of Charter drymounted on acid-free museum board. Original Charter is light-sensitive and should not be displayed (use copy/photograph instead).

<White Plains Stamp Issue Display Board ??date 1926??>
A display board presented to "The Post Office Department by the Westchester Chapter of the American Philatelic Society as a Memorial to Dr. Jason Samuel Parker who rendered an important service to the Government in designing this stamp, and help in Securing Approval of issue." Includes renderings of first, second, and final designs of stamp. Also includes sheets of stamps pasted to board which have faded considerably.
