The Basics
Who may use CyberKids?
You may sign up to use CyberKids at the Children's Services Desk if you are in grades kindergarten through 6. Preschool children should use the CyberTots computers in the picture book area of Children's Services. Anyone who is in 7th grade and older may use the CyberSpot in the Adult Services Department.
What can I do in CyberKids?
The computers in the CyberKids room have Internet access (using Internet Explorer), games for learning and fun and a word processing program. You can get a list of CyberKids games at the Children's Services Desk. You can print things from the Internet, or from the word processing program, or you may save them on a disk. Packs of paper ($1 each) or discs ($1 each) can be bought at the CheckOut Desk in the Children's Services Desk.
