"WHO AM I?" Children's Book Character Contest at the White Plains Public Library

Marking Children’s Book Week (November 12th - November 18th), youngsters of all ages are invited to enter the "Who Am I?" Children’s Book Character contest in the The White Plains Public Library during the month of November. A display of 50 best-loved, friends from classic children’s books include dolls, stuffed animals and puppets.
