Bob Conrad Brings "Puppets, Puppets, Puppets!" to the White Plains Public Library

The noted puppeteer, Bob Conrad, presents a delightful musical review, "Puppets, Puppets, Puppets!," for ages 3+ and family at The White Plains Public Library on Sunday, December 16th at 2pm. The free fun program features puppets of every size and type, hand puppets, rod puppets, mouth puppets, marionettes and larger than life puppets. Conrad will show the audience how to make simple puppets from things they have around the house, and how to bring them to life.

Bob Conrad, who trained with the internationally famous puppeteer Bill Baird, has been delighting audiences at schools, shopping malls, libraries, museums and theaters for more than 25 years. He is the author of The Puppetry Workshop Manual, Mouth Puppets and Bob Conrad’s Chalk Talk Cartoons. A founder of the American Puppetmakers Association, he was the editor of their newsletter Puppetry Worksheet for ten years. He is a member of the Puppeteers of America, the North American Association of Ventriloquists and the Society of American Magicians.
