THE STORYCRAFTERS TO PRESENT "APPLE, CORN AND PUMPKIN LEAVES," FOLKTALES AND MUSIC AT WHITE PLAINS PUBLIC LIBRARY

The Storycrafters, Barry Marshall and Jeri Burns, PhD, will present a delightful family program of folktales and music from around the world, "Apple, Corn and Pumpkin Leaves" for youngsters ages 3+ and their grown-ups at The White Plains Public Library on Sunday, November 4th at 2pm.

Jeri Burns and Barry Marshall have been working together as The Storycrafters for 10 years. They are award-winning radio show hosts, recording artists, writers, and the parents of a budding storyteller, their son, who accompanies them wherever they go. Publishers’ Weekly has described them as "top-notch family entertainment."

They perform and teach all over the Northeastern United States and the British Isles. They have been featured performers at leading festivals around the world, including New York’s Clearwater’s Great Hudson River Revival and the Hudson Valley Storytelling Festival, the Three Apples and Keepers of the Flame Festivals in Maine, Ireland’s Seacat International Storytelling Festival and Third International Storytelling Festival in Derry and the International Symposium of Storytellers in Sussex, England, among many others.
