An Italian-American Heritage Month Event
The Life and Works of
Leonardo Da Vinci
Leonardo Da Vinci was a true Renaissance man - an artist,
scientist, musician, mathematician and engineer - with an
insatiable curiosity and thirst for knowledge.
This 90-minute slide-lecture by Art Historian Vesna Mison
will discuss Da Vinci’s life, his associations with the famous
families of Northern Italy, and his rivalry with Michelangelo.
Ms. Mison will also offer an analysis of the four major paintings
featured in The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown.
